February - The Store Cupboard
This photo is typical of the Social Club in February 2008. The flat roof leaks, the ceiling has fallen in and everything is damp!

February - Gents Toilets
The toilets were less than hygenic (to say the least) and had been badly affected by vandalism.

February - The Main Hall
The floor of the main hall was in a terrible state. It was in need of a thorough clean but worse than that was the 100's of bits of chewing gum stuck to the floor.

March - The Clean-up Team
On Saturday 8th March the work on bringing our Social Club back to a usable state started. The toilets & kitchen were scrubbed, the hall floor steam cleaned and 28 years of accumulated rubbish was recycled or skipped.

June 2008 - Struie Room
The Struie Room is used for the first time by Sally Wild for an Art Workshop.
