Bonfire Night in Dornoch is one of the highlights of our community calendar - a brilliant evening of flames, fireworks and festive atmosphere at Meadows Park.

The event takes place every year on the 5th of November, unless the 5th falls on a Sunday, in which case Bonfire Night is held on the Saturday instead.

The Evening
Gather in The Square from 6.30pm, where the buzz begins.
The torchlight procession sets off at 7.00pm, making its way up Castle Street before arriving at Meadows Park.
The bonfire and fireworks start at around 7.30pm, lighting up the sky over Dornoch.

Hercher’s Fun Fair bringing all the classics
Sparklers for that extra bit of sparkle
Food vans
A quieter-style display (please no pets) so everyone can enjoy the evening comfortably

Free entry - donations are very much appreciated and help keep this much-loved community event going strong each year.
